Senior Recruitment Consultant German Market (Telecoms / Infrastructure / IT)

Location: London, Islington N10

Our client is a specialist recruitment firm operating across telecoms, IT infrastructure, and power with an enviable client list that includes some of the biggest names in the sector (think Tier-1 global tech and network operators). They outperform all competitors in their space and only work on roles that are 100% qualified.

The business is lean and profitable with growth and future value on the horizon.

Split: ~75% Contract / 25% Permanent revenue

Structure: 8 salespeople + 7 back-office professionals

Market: Germany (Telco, Infrastructure, IT)

Clients: Global tech & telecom leaders

Confidence to own a high-value market and deliver consistently
