• Driving business development – using your expertise to build strong client relationships and generate opportunities
• Managing a 360 desk, from winning new business to sourcing top talent and making placements
• Advising candidates, providing real career guidance, interview prep and market insight
• Improving processes, streamlining workflows to maximise efficiency
• Enhancing the candidate journey – we respond to every application, and we mean it
• Contributing to a collaborative culture – we celebrate wins, share knowledge and work as a team
• Developing value‑add services to create positive candidate journeys and enhance the candidate experience
