Key Responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for clean energy and infrastructure roles – from sourcing to placement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates – think trusted advisor, not just recruiter.
• Hunt down top talent, screen, interview, and match them with the right opportunities.
• Share your insights on the market, trends, and salaries – clients love a savvy consultant.
• Keep records organized in our CRM.
• Help grow the business by spotting new opportunities and spreading the FindTalent magic.

Required Skills/Abilities

• 3‑5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in clean energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills – you’re a people person!
• Strong business development skills with a proven track record of hitting targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the US clean energy and infrastructure market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles in clean energy or infrastructure.
• Existing network in the US clean energy and infrastructure sector.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
