Overview

More Recruitment is expanding its Construction division with a brand-new desk focused on the booming UAE market. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to spearhead this venture, working across the UK and Dubai markets. Initially based in the UK, you’ll split your time between the UK and UAE (with all travel covered by the business). Once the desk is established, the role will transition to a full-time position in Dubai. This role will progress to Director/Partner in the Dubai operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow our Dubai Construction desk from the ground up.
• Source and place top-tier talent across roles such as Project Managers, Construction Directors, and senior site professionals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates in both the UK and UAE markets.
• Collaborate with our UK Construction team to share insights and drive performance.
• Eventually relocate to Dubai to lead operations on the ground.
