We are seeking an experienced recruiter based in the UK for a 9–12 month maternity leave cover. This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent across our diverse capabilities—medical communications, integrated marketing, advertising, and activation—while maintaining a seamless candidate experience and strong business alignment. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with UK leadership and global HR to deliver strategic hiring solutions that support business growth and client success.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute recruitment for the UK across Medical, Integrated Communications, Analytics, Advertising, and Activation teams.
• Ensure alignment of recruitment plans with business priorities and client deliverables.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑to‑senior level roles, ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
• Leverage technology (e.g., Greenhouse ATS) and innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor to global stakeholders, leadership, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with Finance and operations teams to ensure hiring aligns with budget and resource planning.
