THE FIRM A UK and international law firm. THE ROLE A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Real Estate team in the firm's Bristol office. The firm has an outstanding reputation in real estate due to the quality and breadth of its client base and the value and complexity of the work undertaken.

Responsibilities

The role will involve transactional investment work, including dealing with financings, and asset management of commercial assets in a variety of sectors. There may also be some opportunity to get involved in development projects.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU A capable and dedicated lawyer with a genuine desire to develop their career as a rounded commercial property lawyer. You will have commercial property law experience gained at a City, national or large regional law firm recognised for its property practice.
