Responsibilities

• Act as main technical adviser on construction site for subcontractors.
• Develop safe systems of work, method statements and quality documentation.
• Produce, monitor, and control budgets for sections of work scope.
• Ensure materials and work performed meet specifications.
• Oversee selection and requisition of materials.
• Manage, monitor, and interpret contract design documents.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors and general workforce.
• Attend regular progress meetings to inform the team.
• Carry out day-to-day management of the site.
• Plan work and efficiently organize plant and site facilities.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety on site.
• Prepare reports as required.
• Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.
