A leading construction company is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the financial aspects of a significant building project in Reading. We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the commercial success of a high-profile building project in Reading. You'll be responsible for managing all project costs from initial calculations through to final figures, ensuring value is maximised while maintaining quality and standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex commercial responsibilities, from contract administration and procurement to risk management and budget control.
