Qualifications

• Experience in managing commercial and contractual risks.
• Ability to support and mentor junior commercial staff.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial lead responsibility for a significant package of works.
• Conduct full commercial management from procurement through to final accounts.
• Perform cost forecasting, reporting and budget management.

Skills

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS on civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or large construction projects

Strong commercial and contractual understanding

Ability to manage multiple packages and deadlines confidently

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Chartered or working toward chartership (RICS / ICES / CIOB)
