Overview

Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director - London - Up to £90,000 per annum + benefits

We are working with a leading construction consultancy to identify a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director to join their London team. This is a client-facing role, offering the chance to deliver some of the capital's most high-profile projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cost consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of projects
• Work directly with clients to provide strategic commercial advice
• Deliver full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including cost planning, tender management, contract administration and final accounts
• Contribute to business development and support the growth of the London office
• Manage and mentor junior members of the team, ensuring high-quality outputs

Experience Required

• MRICS qualified is essential
• Proven track record in consultancy environments with strong client-facing experience
• Sector experience ideally spanning office, commercial fit out, PBSA, hospitality, and residential projects
• Additional experience in life sciences would be a distinct advantage
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead projects independently while building long-term client relationships
