Senior Quantity Surveyor - High-End Residential Developer, Wimbledon (Heritage Conversion Project)

£75,000 - £90,000 + Package (DOE)

We're representing a respected residential developer that specialises in delivering unique, high-end projects, including heritage buildings, listed refurbishments, and bespoke luxury developments.

The Role

As Senior QS, you'll take commercial ownership of the project from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring financial performance, accurate forecasting, and effective cost management. You'll work closely with the commercial director, site team, and external consultants to deliver a scheme of the highest quality.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial management of a high-end residential conversion project.
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets, valuations, and cost reports.
  • Manage procurement, tendering, and subcontractor accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and company policies.
  • Provide strategic input on cost planning and risk management.
  • Support and mentor junior QS staff where required.

  • Experienced QS with a strong background in residential development, ideally on heritage / listed refurbishments or high-spec bespoke projects.
