You will be joining a well-established North West construction contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across residential, affordable housing, care homes, student accommodation, education, industrial, and refurbishment sectors. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage and lead the commercial aspects of projects across the North West. Covering a diverse portfolio including new build residential, care homes, student accommodation, education, industrial, and refurbishment projects, you will work closely with Project Managers and the Commercial Director to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
You will receive a competitive salary of £65,000-£75,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including car/car allowance, pension, 25+ days annual leave, and additional perks.
