Overview

Constructive Moves, acting on behalf of a leading residential developer, has secured planning on a major new scheme of 750+ units of a RC Frame residential development. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Commercial Team.

Responsibilities

• Office-based in South London, reporting to the Commercial Manager.
• Ability to run your own packages of work, including packages you have tendered, agreed and managed previously.
• Manage all valuations and variations for your agreed sub-contractor packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of HNC in construction (or equivalent).
• Longer term potential to manage your own schemes as you progress.
