The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in delivering complex, high-value projects across London – including regeneration masterplans, mixed-use developments, and high-spec residential schemes. You’ll manage both pre and post contract duties, lead client relationships, and mentor junior team members in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

This consultancy is trusted by major developers and has big growth plans – making now the perfect time for an ambitious Senior QS to step into a leadership role with clear progression to Associate level.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK PQS Firm / Consultancy is a MUST
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Experience managing projects to completion and mentoring junior team members
• Excellent client-facing skills with a professional, collaborative approach
• Residential sector experience & interest
