Overview

Excellent opportunity for a passionate Quantitative Analyst to join a client based in central London. The successful Quantitative Analyst will join a small but very talented team and will be expected to interpret, filter, and analyse very large data sets whilst working closely with other analysts and developers.

This is an office-based role. The candidate should be forward-thinking, able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. The client offers very competitive salaries and an excellent working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret, filter and analyse very large data sets.
  • Collaborate with other analysts and developers to drive data-driven insights.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver results.
Qualifications
  • Educated to at least MSc in a quantitative subject (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Physics).
  • Proficiency in several of the following languages: Python, C#, C++, Java.
  • Mathematical modelling and strong understanding of probabilities and statistics.
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data science (big data, deep learning, machine learning) is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of sports betting/trading is beneficial but not essential; prior experience in the sports trading industry is advantageous.
