Qualifications

• Proven track record in strategic and operational QHSE leadership.
• Experience with BRC / ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture across both sites.
• Lead and develop QHSE teams, setting goals and driving performance.
• Maintain and improve quality standards (BRC, ISO 9001 & 14001).
• Conduct risk assessments and deliver training on hazard management.
• Plan and perform audits and inspections.
