Overview

Lead with Impact: As Senior Surveyor, you will manage a team of surveyors, driving performance, mentoring, and sharing your expertise to deliver exceptional service. Handle Complex Cases: Lead on complex repairs, disrepair claims, and damp & mould issues, from the initial report through to final resolution. What You'll Be Doing: Lead on a team-focused effort to manage repairs and deliver high-quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing a team of surveyors, overseeing the assessment and delivery of repairs.
  • Handling complex and high-priority repairs, including damp & mould issues and disrepair claims, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the repair process, from initial reports to final resolution.
  • Supporting your team's development through mentoring and performance reviews, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and legal teams to resolve claims and building defects.

We are looking for an exceptional, customer service focussed Senior Surveyor to join our team with the ability to manage complex repairs, disrepair claims, and damp & mould issues. Ideally RICS Chartered Surveyor (or equivalent) with extensive experience in responsive repairs and building pathology.

  • The ability to handle challenging cases and provide expert solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with both customers, inhouse delivery team and contractors.
  • Experience using CRM, Housing Management and Contractor (desirable).
