Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, property managers, and internal teams.
  • Oversee engineer scheduling, job allocation, and workflow management.
  • Handle escalations relating to repairs and maintenance.
  • Support junior administrators and maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Manage documentation, compliance records, and job‑tracking systems.
