Overview

Senior Property Manager

Location: Forest Gate-Stratford (Newham) Office

Hours: Full Time (Monday - Friday)

Century 21 are expert property professionals who built our reputation as part of the world's largest, residential estate agency. We are actively seeking a talented and experienced individual to become the focal point in our Property Management Department.

Responsibilities
  • Booking and carrying out property inspections and inventories
  • Assessing check out report against the inventory reports to clarify deposit deductions
  • Touching base with tenants due to vacate their property and keeping all parties up to date
  • Administering any deposit dispute cases
  • Organising the database
  • Assessing inspection reports and updating landlords accordingly
  • Contacting both Landlord and Tenant prior to the tenancy end date and keeping the database organised
  • Drawing up contracts and advising on specific clauses
  • Maintaining renewals of property certificates
  • Dealing with all enquiries from Tenants and Landlords to ensure smooth and efficient running of the property portfolio
  • You must be able to solve all problems for each landlord and not expect them to provide a solution including maintenance issues
  • Liaising and co-operating with relevant Lettings Negotiators on matters pertaining to the property portfolio
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year property management experience
  • Well-presented, professional with a proactive approach
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills particularly in the use of databases
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Ability to hit deadlines and exceed targets
  • Must have own vehicle
