Senior Project Manager

Surrey – Hybrid

Circa £90,000 + car/car allowance + healthy benefits package

Fourblue have partnered with a leading IDNO, who are seeking a Delivery Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple high‑profile client programmes in the developer market. This is a key leadership role, accountable for end‑to‑end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager
  • Lead client programmes, delivering on Quality, Cost, Service, Delivery, Communication, and Safety
  • Manage all stakeholders, internal and external, ensuring smooth project delivery
  • Oversee client deliverables including Asset Values requests, contract documentation, and Point of Connection (POC) processes
  • Support NAV applications and liaise with internal leads to track progress and communicate status
  • Ensure programmes have robust project plans, controls, resources, and reporting to track progress, risks, and critical activities
  • Identify and implement best practices, leveraging technology and innovation to streamline delivery
  • Mentor and develop team members to build capability and performance
Criteria for the Senior Project Manager
  • Proven programme and project management experience, ideally with high-volume delivery
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills and client‑facing consultancy experience
  • Experienced people manager with a track record of coordinating complex projects and teams
  • Highly desirable: MSP, APMP, PMP, or Prince2 accreditation; knowledge of power distribution, HV connections, or water connections; degree in engineering, project management, or related field; utilities experience
