Senior Project Manager (FMCG)

£80-£90k plus car and package

  • Lead the delivery of the full project programme across the business.
  • Hold full budget responsibility for capital projects, equipment lifecycle management, and all continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide effective leadership and progressive management of the project teams.
  • Drive best practice in project governance, ensuring consistency across all project management processes.
  • Implement structures to monitor, manage, and report on all projects.
  • Measure and analyse KPIs to drive performance improvements.
  • Take a proactive approach, working closely with project teams to ensure responsive action when required, while maintaining alignment with the overall strategic programme.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the SLT, maintaining visibility of all projects, progress, and timelines across the business.
What We're Looking For
  • Project management experience in food or FMCG, covering electrical, mechanical, and civil projects.
  • An engineering or operations background within one of the above sectors.
  • A natural problem solver, capable of developing cost‑effective and efficient solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, able to bring clarity across all teams and functions.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Agility to adapt to the challenges that inevitably arise in manufacturing environments.
  • A proactive approach with an upbeat, open management style that motivates others and fosters a positive team environment.
