About the position

This role involves leading large-scale data centre projects from inception to completion. You will shape strategy, oversee feasibility studies, manage procurement, and lead multidisciplinary teams across Europe. Your leadership will ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of large data centre projects valued in millions.
2. Define project vision and strategic outcomes from the outset.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and develop procurement strategies.
4. Build and motivate multidisciplinary teams across Europe.
5. Implement performance metrics and governance frameworks.
6. Promote innovation, quality, and sustainability.
7. Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial aspects.
8. Coordinate between clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure clarity and efficiency.

About you

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RICS, APM, PMP) and industry experience.
• Proven track record in project management within construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering complex data centre projects in the UK or Europe.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, risk management, feasibility, and technical standards.
