Job description

Fawkes & Reece are proudly presenting a highly reputable client in their search for an experience Senior Project or Project Manager to support the extension of a major high profile scheme. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of the project- from post construction delivery and handover along with ensuring the expansion meets performance, safety, budget, and timeline requirements.

Some Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations and stadium operational requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors in alignment with project specifications.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to technical standards, building codes, and safety regulations (including crowd safety and sports venue compliance).
