Overview

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for leading innovative R&D projects in the electronics OEM sector? This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward, providing the chance to drive cutting-edge projects from inception to completion.

Their R&D team and Production department are all based in the Southampton area. As an employer, they are very flexible on hybrid working. But they would expect regular on-site presence to ensure project delivery. How regular is up for discussion with the right candidates.

As a Senior R&D Project Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the seamless integration of electronics, embedded software, and mechanical design teams, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Your expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and your ability to navigate the complexities of electronic, software, and mechanical design will be crucial.
