Job Title:Senior Project Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Package
Location: Northampton

Role:
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large-scale industrial projects, ensuring successful execution from inception through to completion. You will manage project teams, liaise closely with clients and stakeholders, and oversee all aspects of project delivery including budget, schedule, quality, and risk. The role demands hands-on leadership to drive efficiency and high standards in complex industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage industrial construction projects, maintaining focus on delivering on time, within budget, and to quality standards

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact

  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and suppliers

  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays

  • Manage project risks, compliance, and health & safety requirements

  • Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior stakeholders

  • Ensure all documentation and contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering industrial construction projects

  • Experience working with JCT and NEC contracts

  • Strong understanding of industrial construction processes, logistics, and compliance requirements

  • Demonstrable success managing complex projects with multi-stakeholder environments

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

  • Relevant construction or project management qualifications (e.g., RICS, PMP, or equivalent) preferred

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
