Senior Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with project teams throughout delivery. This role initially focuses on Higher Education and Residential projects, with a strong pipeline that offers potential for diversification.

It would ideally suit someone with a proven track record in similar sectors of industry.

The role varies from bespoke one-off projects, large collaborative schemes, to account management for a long-term, high-profile client.

There are excellent opportunities for progression within the company, with a pathway to Associate Director expected within 18 months to two years.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing a range of projects across various sectors, preferably including Commercial and Residential.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage demanding clients effectively.
• Experience in both new build and refurbishment projects is preferred.
• Exceptional client-facing skills and the ability to manage projects of varying values.
• Professional qualification such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or RIBA is required.
