Job summary

A recruitment agency in Liverpool is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the Schools Improvement Programme. Responsibilities

• Develop a prioritisation methodology using AMP data and building condition surveys.
• Lead stakeholder and member engagement.
• Produce a Cabinet Report recommending the 2026 programme.
• Manage the term consultant (Aecom) to prepare design and tender packages.
• Establish the delivery programme for 2026.
• Coordinate quality service to schools on asset management advice and support.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including: Planning colleagues, Archdiocese, Diocese, School representatives.
