Overview

Role Title: Senior Project Manager  |  Salary: Competitive salary  |  Location: Home-based, with some national travel when required

Following an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of software for new clients and drive professional services initiatives that maximise client success. The Senior Project Manager will ensure that client projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, requiring collaboration across internal teams and direct engagement with clients at all levels. The successful candidate will provide leadership and mentorship to the wider Project Management team, ensuring seamless execution of implementation and professional services projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end implementation of software for new clients, including site setup, data migration, and configuration, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal standards
• Advising and managing projects to optimise client use, delivering measurable improvements to operational efficiency
• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Project Management team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality delivery
• Meeting with clients to define project requirements, timelines, and success criteria, communicating risks proactively and providing ongoing project updates to stakeholders
• Maintaining detailed project boards, tracking progress, and escalating issues as necessary
• Overseeing the review, manipulation, and importing of client data, coordinating document and contact imports and liaising with internal teams to ensure data integrity
• Collaborating across departments to refine implementation processes and professional services offerings, ensuring consistent delivery excellence
• Holding responsibility for the successful end-to-end implementation of the software for all new clients

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management, ideally in SaaS or LegalTech environments
• Recognised project management accreditation (e.g., PRINCE2) is advantageous but not essential
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
• A true team player who can work across departments
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor project teams, with a focus on driving results and delivering client satisfaction
• Able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Willingness to travel to clients when required
