As a highly experienced technical and customer-focused Senior Project Manager, with over 10 years in the industry, you should have demonstrable experience in project and process management roles, ideally in a digital delivery environment. A critical thinker and problem solver, you will be comfortable working alongside a team of developers. You will coordinate and manage multiple digital projects from concept to delivery across the full customer lifecycle, including post-implementation Business-as-Usual (BAU) request management.
This rewarding role is pivotal in ensuring our customers’ success by driving seamless execution of technical projects, including platform migration onto the cloud-based Forrit One CMS. A solid understanding of agile methodologies, awareness of Microsoft Azure and CMS platforms would be a significant advantage.
We are looking for someone who has a strong sense of ownership and is self-directed, whilst working effectively as a team player with people in the project team, wider business, and a portfolio of customers. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity, you need to possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills. With agile/project management qualifications and curiosity to develop skills further, ideally you would have familiarity with the technical aspects of CMS digital delivery management. Driven by identifying opportunities to make positive change, you can guide a customer through their first one hundred days and beyond, building trusted relationships and creating advocacy for our platform through positive customer experience.
