Senior Production Planner

Location: Coupar Angus

Shifts: 5 days out of 7 days between Sunday to Saturday, 42 hours a week

Making this an excellent opportunity to progress your career. Our UK Poultry division produces a third of all poultry eaten in the UK and represents more than half of 2 Sisters\' business by sales. The division employs over 8,500 people working in a chilled environment to process poultry products which are then marketed to UK consumers via major retailers.

We\'re looking for a Senior Production Planner to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You\'ll play a key role in driving efficiency, ensuring optimal production schedules, and balancing demand with supply across a 7-day operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain efficient short- and medium-term production plans
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to meet targets
• Identify and resolve planning issues proactively
• Analyse data to drive continuous improvement in planning processes
• Support in managing inventory levels to meet demand while reducing waste
• Lead and manage 3 x Production Planners

About You

You'll be a highly organised and analytical individual with a strong background in production planning within a food manufacturing environment. You're comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced setting and confident communicating across all levels of the business.
