Responsibilities

How you\'ll make a difference

Working 21 hours across the week, you\'ll support the delivery of our mortgages marketing strategy, executing and optimising multichannel marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and creating personalised communications to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Qualifications
  • Experience of product marketing ideally within a mortgage environment.
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing tactics, especially email campaigns, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and analysing email campaign performance to optimise results.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write clear, compelling, and personalised messaging for different customer segments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present findings to senior marketing leaders.
