Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

About The Role

As part of our Growth & Product pillar, you will own and drive initiatives that impact the entire customer lifecycle - from acquisition, through engagement and retention, to expansion across our products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales, establishing a clear vision and executing product strategies that align with our business goals.

In this role you will:
  • Take full ownership of your product area and make a significant impact on the company's growth.
  • Define and execute product strategies informed by data, user insights, and market trends.
  • Foster a culture of fast experimentation, learning, and iteration.
  • Evaluate opportunities using both qualitative methods (user interviews, usability tests, surveys) and quantitative data (analytics tools, A/B tests, metrics analysis).
  • Understand the market and competitive landscape to ensure long‑term product success.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to share insights, align strategies, and continuously improve our approach.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager with a strong track record of delivering impactful products.
  • Experience partnering with technology teams to build and communicate product roadmaps based on business objectives, market research, and customer insights.
  • Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to drive decisions independently
  • Passion for exceptional user experiences, with strong UX and design sensibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and rationale.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with constant learning and adaptation.
  • Experience with SaaS or consumer products - advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial or consulting background - advantage.
What monday.com can offer you:
  • Opportunity to join a well‑funded and successful company with big ambitions and potential, competitive salary, bonus and equity incentive program.
  • Private healthcare insurance with Vitality.
  • ClassPass membership.
  • Buffet breakfast and lunch are offered at the office from Monday to Thursday.
  • A fully dedicated learning and development team that provides opportunities for our employees to hone and gain new skills.
  • Fun team events, socials and offsites.
  • We have an amazing company culture that values transparency and collaboration while never forgetting to have fun while we work! We've been named the "Best Place to Work" in the UK.
  • A global, dynamic and passionate environment with employees in Tel Aviv, New York, San Francisco, Miami, Chicago, Denver, London, Kiev, Sydney, São Paulo, and Tokyo.
