About the role
The Personalization & Player Lifecycle product team is on a mission to help players find the right content at the right time by building smart, adaptive, and data‑driven experiences. As a Senior Product Manager for the Decision Engine, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the core system that powers intelligent, context‑aware decisions across all surfaces.
You will establish the product approach for our personalization decisioning engine, partnering closely with Data Science, Marketing, Engineering, and Commercial collaborators. You’ll drive clarity on what makes for impactful, relevant experiences and evaluate whether to build, buy, or partner on the underlying technology stack. This is a critical role for setting the foundation of how PlayStation engages and communicates millions of players globally.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job‑related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
