The Role

Lead key design initiatives across the platform, own end-to-end design, simplify complex systems, and help deliver intuitive, elegant experiences at speed.

• Lead the design of major product features, from concept to polished UI/UX
• Build and evolve scalable design systems, components, and patterns in Figma
• Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership in a fast-moving team
• Raise the bar on design craft, user experience, and async collaboration

Desired Skills and Experience

Looking for a detail oriented systems thinker.
