In this role, you'll lead user interface design for new and evolving products within our Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) portfolio. You'll join a collaborative team where design is central to product innovation and every detail matters. This is a role for a designer who thinks strategically and executes precisely—someone who balances elegant UI with deep user insight. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and research to define meaningful experiences that simplify complexity and earn user trust. If you're passionate about creating intuitive, inclusive design at scale, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Design clear, intuitive, and visually refined interfaces for enterprise software across multiple platforms
  • Apply and extend our robust Figma-based design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability
  • Translate complex requirements and user workflows into polished UI designs and interaction patterns
  • Create detailed, developer-ready specs and interactive prototypes to support accurate and efficient implementation
  • Collaborate closely with engineering throughout the development process to ensure design fidelity and feasibility
  • Drive alignment between design and technical teams by proactively resolving ambiguities and negotiating trade-offs
  • Participate in design critiques and working sessions to ensure visual clarity, usability, and design excellence
  • Contribute to a culture of shared standards and continuous improvement in UI craft across the PACS team
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality UI design work for complex digital products, with clear rationale behind design decisions
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working within robust design systems to create scalable, consistent user interfaces
  • Strong command of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and accessibility best practices
  • Familiarity with agile environments and product development lifecycles; ability to deliver designs iteratively
  • Ability to translate user and business needs into pixel-perfect, developer-ready designs
  • Experience collaborating directly with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation
