Qualifications

• Experience of performing the role of Product Analyst or Product Owner in B2B telecoms.
• Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Digital platforms.
• Experience of CRM related functionality.
• Ability to document and decompose features into user stories.
• Experience working across multiple scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Principal Portfolio Analysts to understand capabilities.
• Drive forward Sky Business initiatives with product analysts.
• Ensure quality assurance of analysis artefacts.
• Create, prioritise & maintain the Software Engineering Technology roadmap.
• Communicate initiative progress to senior stakeholders.
