What Youll Do

• Lead the advice and execution on complex and high-net-worth (HNW) private client matters including estate administration intricate trust creation specialist tax planning and contentious matters.
• Supervise support and mentor trainees within the Legacy team reviewing their work and fostering technical excellence.
• Work closely with the Head of Legacy on departmental strategy business development initiatives and firm-wide projects.
• Drive client relationships and manage a personal caseload while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and managing fast-paced deadlines.

What Were Looking For

• A Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience) with significant focused experience in non-contentious Private Client law (wills trusts estate planning and estate administration) and contentious Private Client law.
• Demonstrable experience handling complex high-value and HNW client matters.
• Proven ability or a strong aptitude for supervising and developing junior colleagues.
• Excellent technical skills a commitment to exceptional client care and a proactive approach to business development.
• A growth mindset and desire to contribute to a progressive and values-led law firm
