Job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic growing team onsite at our Newcastle office with a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will work in collaboration and would truly be part of a larger team working to improve patient care and will possess vital leadership, management skills and values. This role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to develop this role and deliver excellence within general practice. The post holder will be a pharmacist registered with the GPhC, who acts within their professional boundaries, and work alongside the pharmacy team. They will provide leadership, line management and support to clinical pharmacists, pharmacy technicians within the PCN/Practices they are responsible for. You will help resolve medication‑related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare.
