  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Ability to work flexibly and meet statutory recording deadlines

  • Manage a varied caseload, including Child in Need, Child Protection, PLO, Care Proceedings, and Private Law cases.
  • Carry out holistic assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Use your professional judgment to make timely decisions in line with statutory guidance.
  • Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Champion reflective, relationship-based practice and mentor less experienced team members.
