Support the Team Manager in managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring effective service delivery.
Provide professional supervision and mentoring to social workers and team members, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
Undertake quality assurance reviews of assessments, support plans, and safeguarding documentation to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage duty calls, crises, and safeguarding referrals, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
Chair key meetings, including MARAM and complex case discussions, ensuring coordinated and safe multi-agency decision‑making.
Hold a small caseload of complex cases, applying advanced assessment and care planning skills.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to promote integrated care, positive outcomes, and high-quality support for service users.
