A leading support service provider is looking for a Senior Practitioner in Worcestershire. This role involves leading support practices, coaching team members, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers. Candidates must have a driving licence and vehicle access. As Senior Practitioners you will work alongside your Support Manager to provide an excellent support service for the customers around Worcestershire. You will support by leading, developing, monitoring, and evaluating support practice in line with Advance policies and procedures, best practice, contractual and regulatory standards. You will be passionate about ensuring the service delivered is person-centred and supports people to develop their confidence, skills and independence in their own home and in the local community.
Bromsgrove and Redditch: 24 hour per week contract.
Droitwich, Worcestershire and Malvern: 16 hour per week contract.
You must have a full UK/ International driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Mileage will be paid for at 0.45p per mile.
