Senior Practice Assistant

As a Senior Practice Assistant, you will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle complex document production with precision. You’ll also assist with business development activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with financial and risk management procedures. Your ability to multitask and prioritise will be essential in this fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive organisational support, including diary management and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for fee earners and clients, ensuring excellent communication.
  • Assist with business development initiatives and maintain CRM records.
  • Produce high‑quality documents, manage e‑filing, and support billing processes.
  • Troubleshoot IT issues and liaise with internal teams to resolve queries.
What we’re looking for
  • Previous secretarial experience in a law firm is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, team‑oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
