Job summary

A leading power generation company in the UK is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to oversee major power generation projects across the North and South of England. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience within the power generation sector.
• Proven experience in managing complex power projects.
• Strong understanding of health & safety regulations in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of major power generation projects.
• Develop and control project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams including engineers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations and safety requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management.

Skills

Experience overseeing critical power installations

Experience with reciprocating engine generator systems

Project management experience in power generation

Exposure to control panels and digital control modules

Strong leadership skills

Education

Engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC/HND, or City & Guilds)
