Senior Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner – Gloucestershire

Salary: £35,704 + mileage
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Gloucestershire
Sponsorship: Not available

We are proudly recruiting on behalf of a reputable specialist provider of Positive Behaviour Support, who are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior PBS Practitioner to join their Gloucestershire team. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to make a genuine, lasting impact on the lives of children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and additional needs.

The Role

As a Senior PBS Practitioner, you will deliver specialist PBS interventions, help young people build independence, and support them to remain successfully in their placements. You will work closely with families, carers, and professionals to embed PBS strategies and promote long-term positive outcomes.
You will also provide leadership and coaching to PBS Practitioners, supporting high-quality practice across the service.

What We’re Looking For
  • Accredited PBS qualification (BTEC Level 4 or equivalent)
  • Strong background in PBS and experience supporting children and young people with additional needs
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across Gloucestershire
