The project:

You will be working on a major defence-related infrastructure/construction project in the UK, valued between £100m - £150m. Mace will act as the client's representative, monitoring, guiding, and reporting on the principal contractor.

SC Clearance is essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain UK security clearance with 5 years of uninterrupted UK career
  • Experience as a construction scheduler with P6 Primavera
  • NEC4 contract experience
Preferred qualifications:
  • Membership in professional bodies like APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA, or equivalent
  • Extensive project planning experience in the defence sector
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
