Senior-Level Town Planning Leadership Opportunity - Central London
I’m currently partnering with a planning consultancy that works across a range of sectors including renewable energy, residential and mixed-use. Having supported this business for several years across multiple hires, service line growth and new office openings, I can confidently say the founder is a true visionary, with a progressive approach to planning, the environment and the connection between renewable energy and society.
In Q1 2026, my client will be appointing a Senior Director , with a clear succession plan into a Managing Director role. They’re seeking an experienced Director with a strong track record in business development, combined with genuine interest and experience in people leadership, business strategy and operational oversight.
This is not a “parachute in and fix everything” role - far from it. You’ll be working in partnership with an ambitious, values-driven founder to shape the next phase of growth, elevate internal best practice and further strengthen an already well-respected brand in the planning sector.
