Residential Developer working throughout London and the South‑East building an enviable product consisting of a mixture of high rise, mixed use and speculative housing. The company is well established and listed on the LSE.

The company has a fantastic infrastructure to support the growing requirement for their product. And an opening has become available for a Senior Planner to work within the Land and Development Department.

The role is to head the pre‑acquisition town planning design, helping to negotiate the land, dealing with all planning issues with external consultants and local authorities and ensuring feasibility of plans, designs and terms.
