Senior Construction Planner – London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Construction Planner to join a dynamic team in London, for one of ersg’s key clients. Supporting design teams across multiple regions. You’ll be working on a diverse portfolio of projects, from infrastructure and energy to commercial buildings, covering everything from early concept through to construction completion.

The Role

As a Senior Construction Planner, you will:

  • Develop detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Produce construction phasing diagrams, time-location charts, and 4D visualisations to clearly communicate project phasing and site logistics.
  • Prepare construction planning reports outlining programmes, risks, opportunities, and key assumptions.
  • Present findings to clients and project teams, ensuring clarity and alignment at all stages.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience of working on large infrastructure projects i.e. Rail, airports, highways, energy, data centres etc
  • Understanding of modern construction methods, logistics, and constructability.
  • Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques with practical application experience.
  • Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with planners, designers, and project managers.
