A healthcare provider in Farnworth is seeking a qualified dispensing assistant for a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role involves providing routine pharmacy services and supervision of assistants. Applicants should have NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services or an equivalent qualification and relevant dispensing experience. This position offers a wide-ranging opportunity within a clinically-oriented hospital pharmacy setting.
We have a qualified dispensing assistant who has either NVQ 2 or Buttercups in pharmacy services or an equivalent dispensing qualification. This post is a 2 year fixed term contract 37.5 hours per week. You will need to participate in 1:6 weekends and join our Bank Holiday rota plus participate in rotational late nights up to 6pm. Are you an experienced dispenser seeking new challenges in a clinically-orientated hospital pharmacy service or a pharmacy assistant who has completed NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services or equivalent? A dispensing qualification is required for this post. Are you looking for a wide-ranging and stimulating pharmacy experience? You will gain experience in our busy pharmacy dispensary dispensing a wide range of in-patients and outpatient medication including unlicensed medication and trials. We are looking for a hard working individual that wants to develop their skills and become an experienced dispenser in a hospital setting.
