Fixed Term Contract: 6-9 Months

A bit about the job

You’lljoin our central People Change team — a collaborative, fastmoving group that supports strategic change across Aviva.

Every day,you’lllead meaningfulpeople focusedchange, from organisational design and restructuring to cultural shifts,TUPEand M&A activity.

You’llwork closely with senior leaders and HR teams to design and deliverend-to-endchange that lands well and lasts.

Your work will shape how our people experience change, helping our organisation move forward with confidence.

Skills and experiencewe’relooking for
  • Strong experience delivering people change in complex or fast‑paced environments
  • Proven background inleadingorganisational designend to end,bothdesignandimplementation
  • Ability to influence, engage and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Confident leading change in ambiguous or evolving situations
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, working independently or through others
